Our client is a very well established leading high specification low volume developer, who build some of the finest family homes in the South East. With an emphasis on producing homes of distinction and the best quality, they are now seeking an Assistant Site Manager to help with a development of new 3/4 and 5 bedroom homes in Bishop Stortford.

As the Assistant on site your duties will include but not limited to:
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a good track record in the same role with other well established developers, have the right to work in the UK and will be able to commit to a 7 month contract starting in September.
REWARDS AND BENEFITS
They are offering a competitive rate of £220 – £240 per day and a 7 month long contract. You will be provided with opportunities to grow your knowledge, skillset and experience within an Assistant site Manager role and will be working with a great team.

If any clients are interested in meeting with you, the consultant will manage the interview process, coaching you before any interviews if required.
If you are successful in receiving an offer(s), our consultant will communicate this with you and help to negotiate the offer(s) and any other terms of employment.
Finally, we will support you in resigning from your current role, navigating potential counter offers and starting your new role.
